Through in-depth customer segmentation, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking, we uncovered key opportunities to enhance engagement and retention. Our strategy combined targeted Meta Ads, Google Ads, and personalized email and SMS campaigns to re-engage dormant customers and convert leads into loyal shoppers. The final outcome was a 142-page strategic roadmap, equipping Rugs Direct with a clear path to revenue growth and long-term success.
